Can I order chocolate from anywhere in the world?
Yes, but we deliver to European countries only.
Can I print the name of my company on the wrapping?
Yes, this is possible for custom bulk orders. Please inquire at info@10choco.com for prices and possibilities.
Do you have special prices for bulk orders?
Yes, please contact info@10choco.com for bulk order inquires, we will get back to you within 24 hours.
Payment
What payment methods can I use?
PayPal, iDeal, Credit Card, BanContact, SOFORT, bank transfer. Payment by bank transfer will delay your order because we need to check the funds arriving into our account before we can ship your order. The other methods guarantee direct shipping of your order as soon as we received your payment.
Delivery
Do you deliver chocolate to all over the world?
Our current business model aims at the European market only.
What postal service will my order be sent with?
It will be sent by regular post / mail with stamps.
My order did not arrive, what do I do?

Can I return my order?
Because chocolate is edible it cannot be returned.
Our chocolate
Where is your chocolate made?
Our chocolate is home-made in The Netherlands with love and the best ingredients, the most important being our Belgian chocolate. The exact recipe is top classified.
Where can I store my chocolate?
Preferably in a dark, cool and dry place, like in a kitchen cupboard. Storing it in the fridge is not advisable, the chocolate can take a white color when it is stored too cool, because the cool will force out the fat. During extreme summer temperatures we would advise to store your chocolate in the fridge.
How is your chocolate guilt-free?
Because it is made out of the best Belgian chocolate (Callebaut). Our supplier aims for a better existence for coca bean farmers in Ghana and Ivory Coast by creating a safe water & food supply, better payment, better knowledge and forcing out child labor. The programme is called Cocoa Horizons Foundation.
What is the best-before date of your chocolate?
Please check the wrapping, it says it on the bottom. After production our chocolate has a shelf life of 12 months.
